CrossFit
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics. It is designed to improve your overall fitness and athletic performance, making it a great choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
On-Ramp Intro Course is required for members new to CrossFit.

Weightlifting
Strength training designed around building muscle and developing the technical skill of all weightlifting movements. Training sessions include, olympic lifting, powerlifting, and barbell technique. Our gym is designed to provide a safe and efficient workout environment, with plenty of space and equipment for everyone.
Personal Training
Individual fitness that is geared towards your individual goals. You will work directly with one of our coaches to improve your overall fitness and quality of life. Personal training is designed for those looking to have the individualized training sessions.

(ages 3-5)
TOTS is designed to make fitness FUN for kids. We work on tumbling, balance, listening skills and taking turns..

CrossFit LITTLES
(ages 6-9)
LITTLES is designed to make fitness FUN for kids. We work on tumbling, balance, basic functional movements, listening skills, building self-confidence and learning healthy food choices.

CrossFit YOUTH
(ages 10-15)
The program is designed around PERFORMANCE. Training sessions will include strength training, plyometrics and endurance. They will work on confidence and communications skills in small group settings.
